Introduction (Indian Summer Festival)
Dear visitor,
Indian Summer Festival is celebrating its 12½ year anniversary: a great reason for a double party. That’s why we have decided to organize a multi-day festival on June 15th and 16th 2013. During Indian Summer Festival 2013 we offer you two amazing days with six stages and an unique mix of pop, rock, dancemusic, ’80 and ’90-hits and theater. Exclusive international acts will perform (we already confirmed Keane), as well as the best acts the Netherlands have to offer. All this takes place on our beautiful festival ground in the recreational area Geestmerambacht.
With our 12½ year anniversary we celebrate our past, but Indian Summer Festival keeps on thinking about the future too. Sustainability is very important to us. In 2013 we will pay attention to this by means of a floating stage in collaboration with Labsessions. And we are very ambitious, because in the near future, Indian Summer Festival wants to become the world’s greenest festival. We’ve come a long way and made several important
steps towards achieving this goal. For Indian Summer Festival of 2013 for instance, we have chosen another
transport partner, improving the service to our visitors. Also, in 2014 the festival will move to a new and completely sustainable event area on the north side of the Geestmerambacht area. By 2015 we want to achieve our goals and be the most sustainable festival in the world.
Indian Summer Festival is the sharpest priced festival with the best line up and we want to keep up the good work in the coming years. I hope to welcome you all during this first multi-day edition. Share it with your friends! Ticket sale will start on January 26th. Tickets are € 49,- for one day and only € 59,- for two days. Campingtickets are € 29,- for three days.
